Due to expansion, we're looking for call-center Sales Consultants at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Required Skills:

  • Must be a high-energy and driven individual, who is willing to learn, and possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Proven call center experience. (Five9 dialer experience a plus)
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of MobileHelp products and services in order to understand customers’ needs.
  • Utilize rapport building to best meet the needs of the customer in the most sincere and ethical manner.
  • Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed team sales goals.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, late hours and holidays. Current department hours are 7 am to 12 am (7 days/week). Weekends and Late evenings/nights needed. (ex: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am)
  • Satisfactorily complete background check and drug screening.
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task.
  • Fluency in the English language required.
  • Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma or GED required; or four+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
