Though her 2016 debut release will help put her on the map as an established artist, Laura is no stranger to the pressures of the big stage. In 2012, she was chosen to compete on the popular television show, The Voice. The fact that she did not take 1st place, did nothing to shake her confidence. In her words, "the experience helped me to discover who I am as an artist, and gave me the opportunity to connect with fans all over".
