The Christmas show for the whole family at Boca Black Box, Boca Raton
Boca Raton, FL - by Betsy Cáceres (BBB) - For 13 consecutive years Huáscar Barradas, the Venezuelan flute, has successfully presented his Christmas show "Hallacas con Flauta" throughout Venezuela and this year for the first time will be presented on Sunday, December 16 at 2 pm in Boca Raton, FL as part of of the Tour Hallacas with Flute USA 2018 where he will also visit cities like Houston, Miami, Indianapolis, Orlando, Boston among others. This year the Huáscar hallacas are "remollejúas" because there will be more joy and more desire to sing and dance to the rhythm of aguinaldos, parrandas and bagpipes. Once again children, parents and grandparents will be singing to the tradition of Venezuelan Christmas.
"If there's something special in Venezuela, it's Christmas, in any meeting of any Venezuelan family there's a cuatro, a guitar, a tambora, some aunt who sings, the cousins who make the chorus and the friend of the friend who plays the maracas, improvises, anecdotes, jokes are told and the uproar is formed until "the body endures". This year all the public of Boca Raton can participate in the contest to choose who will accompany Huáscar in these Hallacas with Flute. The categories are children (3 to 12 years old), adolescents (13 to 18 years old) and adults. They can participate instrumentalists, solos, duets or different musical combinations.
